Tuesday 2:35-4:00 Music Room Grades: 3rd-5th - Camp Brick LEGO - On Your Mark, Get Set... Build!
A program designed for students who enjoy building LEGO® sets independently. Each week, students choose from a wide variety of themed sets, or dive into our "free build" LEGO® bins to create from their own imagination. Builders work independently or in small groups while Camp Brick instructors offer guidance, tips, and support. Occasional fun challenges add a social element, and students wrap up each class by sharing their creations.
- Life Lab
Led by Coach K, this is an action-packed, hands-on club where students build essential real-world habits through active movement, interactive skill labs, and play!
Wednesday
- Overtime Athletics
Overtime Athletics (OTA) uses multi-sport programs & camps to benefit children physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our program introduces the fundamentals of 20 different sports (including Pickleball this year!) in a non-competitive environment. Children in Overtime Athletics routinely gain greater confidence and learn to combine fitness with fun.
Wednesday 2:35-4:00 Gym Grades: K-5th - Everbot AI Club
Students become game designers for nine weeks. They build a character out of craft supplies and give it a power, design a game level with obstacles and a goal, play the part of enemy AI by following if-then rule cards, invent an AI-powered power-up, and design a boss with three phases. In a few sessions the instructor photographs their builds and the class watches an AI try to identify what it is seeing. The session ends with Game Launch Day, a gallery walk with awards and certificates. NOTE: Students are never on devices. There are no tablets, no laptops, and no accounts. The only screen in the room is the instructor's, and no child touches it.
- Explore More! Nature Program
The Audubon Society offers Explore More!, a 7 week program for students in kindergarten through 5th grade. Each class consists of a short nature-based lesson followed by games, art projects, nature journaling and hikes, of course! Meets in a designated school location and then heads outside to explore.
